Common questions

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account directly from the app. On web, go to Profile and select Delete account. On iOS, open the Profile tab and tap Delete account. Deletion removes your account record immediately and clears all associated files from storage within 30 days. If you run into any trouble, email us and we will complete the deletion manually.

How do I download or export my data?

To request a copy of your data, email us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days with an export of the personal information Legible Home holds for your account. This right applies to all users regardless of location.

Why is my analysis taking a while?

Home analysis typically completes within about 2 minutes. During busy periods it may take a few minutes longer. If your analysis is still pending after 10 minutes, please email us with your home address and we will check on it.

Can I trust the home value estimate?

The value range shown in Legible is an automated AI estimate based on publicly available market data, your home details, and any documents or notes you have provided. It is informational only and is not an appraisal, a lender valuation, or an offer to purchase. For decisions that depend on a precise value, such as refinancing, estate planning, or a sale, please consult a licensed appraiser or real estate professional.
